The food here is excellent, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The location was great for early flight.

Did not receive wake up call. Fortunately I awoke in time. When I wanted to go out for coffee, I found no one at the desk and all the doors were locked. We were locked in with no way out. Fire hazard, Finally made enough noise which woke up staff. Fortunately the taxi arrived on time.

Hotel need to instruct how to reach it. We spend more then an hour to find it.

My must haves' are a neat, warm room with the air-conditioning.

Great value for money, considering that everything is good. We think it's a welcome base for staying in Krakow. The staff are flexible and best and really care about the guests. It has decent food and friendly service.

Tea & Coffee making facilities would be a benifit to the rooms

Came in at a Thurday evening. The receptionist reported that restaurant was closed (I think it is never opened) I was sent to the Gas station at the highway nearby for a lousy sandwich. The accomodation is not as advertised on Bookings.com.

The room was immaculate, exceptionally comfortable, and reasonably priced with air-conditioning, the hotel was in a convenient location close to the airport. Rewritten: the room here was super clean, super cozy, had air conditioning, and was a good deal - the location was great, just near the airport!

The taxis did not know how to get there, we spend a lot of time and money to get there. Besides, the people in the hotel not very friendly. There is no restaurant in the hotel, the nearest one is 300 metres form the hotel, inside petrol station, so very bad servives

Extremely convenient for Krakow Airport

clean, staff was very helpful, location just out side Krakow so easy with car to City and motorway to travel to other places of interest. Break fast was good.

the only thing I would suggest is that they invest in a jacuzzi, coz after a days travelling its nice to spend some time in a hot tub. but over all fantastic little place.

We enjoyed how the king room was arranged upon our arrival. the breakfast had a lot of options including coffee, tea, cereal, cookies, and cheese. - the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, right in the center of Krakow. - the service was friendly and there was no reason to complain. - the staff were very flexible and accommodating with any request.
